A facade cladding brick or clinker brick quotation becomes comparable only when every supplier prices the same scope. Record format, thickness, pieces per square meter, joint width, corner quantities, special shapes, color blend and acceptable dimensional tolerance. Separate full brick, brick slips and mechanically supported units.
Ask for current technical data covering water absorption, density, frost resistance and relevant test declarations. The designer must match these values to the wall build-up, climate and local code. A physical sample or mock-up should approve both brick variation and mortar color before the production batch is released.

Check the final proforma invoice against the approved sample reference and packing list. Photograph the production blend and loaded pallets, identify batches, and agree the claims procedure before dispatch. This procurement trail protects the facade design and makes delivery risks visible early.
