Handmade brick and handmade brick slips are intentionally varied in tone, edge and texture. Approve several pieces or a sample board rather than one perfect unit, and define the acceptable blend before production. Confirm thickness, dimensions, corner pieces, intended wall build-up and joint color.
For exposed walls, check water absorption, freeze-thaw suitability, substrate preparation, adhesive, grout and movement joints as a complete installation. For terracotta floor bricks, also define traffic level, underfloor heating, drying time, sealing and maintenance. Exterior suitability must be confirmed for the exact product and local climate.

Use project-specific samples and mock-ups for Greece, Kosovo, Albania, Serbia, Bulgaria, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan instead of relying only on catalog color.
The export quotation should state square meters, pieces per box, boxes per pallet, pallet weight, breakage allowance and batch marking. Protect handmade edges and terracotta floor faces from abrasion and moisture during transport, then store pallets dry and level on site.
