Phased installation is common when terracotta floor bricks, terracotta panels and mechanical facade systems are delivered to occupied or multi-building sites. Divide the bill of materials into installation zones before production, matching pallet labels to drawings, elevations and release dates.
For floor areas, protect dry and level storage, confirm access routes and release only the quantities the laying team can blend and install. Coordinate falls, drains, thresholds, edge restraints and replacement stock before a public area opens to traffic.
For ventilated facades, install and inspect brackets, insulation, fire barriers, rails and drainage paths by zone before panels or brick units close the assembly. Keep a simple handover record with photographs, approved details, batch identifiers and any local deviations.
Export coordination should include packaging suitable for transfer points, pallet weights, lifting limits, delivery appointments and a clear defect-reporting route. The final system must still be checked against the structural, fire, climatic and seismic requirements of its destination country.
